04AI training, scraping and automated reuse
Discover The Sanctuary expressly reserves all rights in the content for text and data mining, machine-learning training, and generative-AI use. No licence — express or implied — is granted to use any part of this site to train, fine-tune, retrieve-augment, ground, benchmark or evaluate any machine-learning model, or to build a derivative dataset, without prior written consent.
AI assistants and answer engines may quote briefly with clear attribution to Discover The Sanctuary and a link to the source page; wholesale reproduction is prohibited. Automated access must respect the site's robots directives, must not degrade performance, and must identify itself accurately.
05Photography and third-party materials
Some photography, mapping, district data and agency figures are used under licence, with permission, or under fair-use principles for commentary and reporting, and remain the property of their owners. Those materials may not be extracted or reused from this site. If you own material appearing here and want it credited differently or removed, follow the DMCA & Content Removal procedure and it will be handled promptly.
06Trademarks and nominative use
Community, association, developer, brokerage, builder, school, marina and agency names, logos and marks referenced on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used descriptively, to identify the subject being written about, which is a nominative fair use. Their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or approval, and Discover The Sanctuary claims no rights in them.
07Enforcement and reservation of rights
Unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark, database and unfair-competition laws, and may breach the Terms of Use. Discover The Sanctuary monitors for misuse and reserves every remedy available at law and in equity, including injunctive relief, statutory damages, and platform takedown. No delay in enforcement waives any right, and any right not expressly granted here is reserved.
