Discover The Sanctuary respects intellectual property rights and responds expeditiously to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. Material that is the subject of a valid notice is removed or disabled, and repeat infringers are barred from submitting content or being featured.

Send all copyright notices to the designated agent for Discover The Sanctuary at npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com, with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. Notices sent elsewhere may not receive a timely response.

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works;
• the exact URL and a description sufficient to locate the material you say is infringing;
• your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

Notices are typically acknowledged within two business days and acted on promptly. Misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina (or your district if outside the United States) and to accept service from the complaining party. Material may be restored in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

You do not need a copyright claim to ask for a change. Requests are welcomed and reviewed on the merits from homeowners, the association, businesses and anyone named on the site.

• Factual correction — send the URL, the exact sentence, the correct information, and a source if you have one.
• Photograph of your home or property — send the URL and identify the image; images of identifiable private property are removed on reasonable request.
• Personal information — see the Privacy Notice for access, correction and deletion rights.
• Business listing or description — send the URL and the wording you would prefer, and it will be corrected or removed.
• Association or developer statement — official statements are published or corrected on request from the association or its counsel.

Requests are answered within a few business days. Removal is not an admission of liability, and material corrections are reflected in the page's review date. Privacy requests are handled under the Privacy Notice.

For a trademark, right-of-publicity, defamation or similar complaint, email the same address with the URL, the specific language or image at issue, the legal basis of your claim, and the outcome you seek. Complaints are reviewed in good faith and content is corrected, contextualised or removed where warranted. This process is provided voluntarily and does not waive any right, defence or immunity available to Discover The Sanctuary, including under 47 U.S.C. § 230 or the fair-use doctrine.
